A partir de cuándo te empieza a fallar el DC???

Hola a todos,
tengo un problema de no poder acceder al sistema de seguridad
del controlador de dominio, entonces para empezar a verificar errores baje
el dcdiag.exe que no lo tenia en mi disco de servidor.
Cuando intento usarlo me da el siguiente msgbox "No se encuentra el punto de
entrada del procedimiento DslsMangledDnW en la biblioteca de vinculos
dinamicos NTDSAPI.dll"
Asi que el programa de diagnostico tampoco funciona, alguien me podria
orientar para solucionar esto.

Fue de un momento a otro, no hay manera que pueda acceder a Seguridad del
controlador de dominio y seguridad de grupos, la unica observacion que
obtengo del netdiag, es lo siguiente:
