Dell server compatible with 2003?

I have a salesman telling me that If I want Windows 2003 Server, I must first
buy new servers. I have Dell's MMP Server, Workstation 610, with Xenon
450mhz processors. Further, that my 256mb ram will not be enough.

Any truth to this salesmans assertions?

I think that is a short processor (P-III 450) for windows 2003.
