Una pregunta, has instalado algun certificado de máquina en tu DC para
habilitar el acceso a LDAP por SSL? Es un requisito previo.

Pues tienes que leerte los enlaces que te he indicado como mínimo y no
estaría de más que te estudiases algunos Whitepapers sobre PKI:

Lo primero que debes ahacer es instaler una autoridad de certificados (CA),
y luego podrías instalar los certificados manualmente en el DC o modificar
la Default Domain Controllers Policy para que los DC's se lo instalen
automáticamente mediante AutoEnrollment

El cliente desde el que accedas también debe tener ese certificado
instalado.

he instalado la entidad emisora de certificados sobre un 2k3 standart, y he
leido los siguiente:

"Al instalar una Entidad emisora de certificados empresariales,
automáticamente, todos los controladores de dominio solicitan un certificado
y pueden admitir LDAP que utiliza puerto SSL 636."

solo funciona en Entidades emisoras de certificados empresariales, para lo
que seria necesario montarlo con Enterprise ??

No, no es necesario que el Windows 2003 sea Enterprise version
