El problema es de parasito spyware.

You don't want iedll.exe as this is a new parasite probably another toolbar
added to Internet Explorer or a BHO (Browser Help Object). Fortunately it
appears the writer isn't that hot as it seems to cause the error you report
when the system boots. iedll.exe is not part of the Win Me operating
system,
internet explorer nor even a Microsoft file.

Use MSConfig, go to the Startup tab and uncheck any entry that refers to
iedll.exe, then using Explorer, locate iedll.exe and delete the file.

After you have done this, and if you have not already done so, I would most
also recommend that you pay a visit to Lavasoft at
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ and grab yourself a copy of
Ad-Aware 6.0 and check your PC for any unwanted and unwelcome spyware in
addition you might want to get a copy of SpyBot from
http://security.kolla.de
which is another excellent application for finding and locating parasites.

me podria decir alguien desde donde puedo instalar estos
