Two days ago my PC lost communication although is connected to Internet when
I use my IE 64 bits or use Microsoft help and support. I can use my IE 64
bits to surf in Internet but my 32 bits browser is not working.

I can not send and receive from Outlook, my antivirus is not updating and
my printer software lost connection with the support web page.

Can someone help.

Have you tried to "Reset" the Internet Explorer 7 32-bits settings?
Go to "Tools", "Internet Options" and enter to the tab Advanced.
From there, press the RESET button on the bottom.

This will restore IE7 to it's default configuration values. If you have
any thirdparty toolbar installed, upgrade it from it's own web site.
After that, you can go to the function called "Manage add-ons" and
activate whatever you might need.
Close and restart your PC.

Hello, I have the same problem as Roldan. I reset all the options on the
explorer 32Bits, and still without working. I tried to disable all
protections options, or firewalls and nothing happens. But I do not
understand why. My Explorer 64bits works all right!, but 32Bits not. :S

And I think that Messenger use the same configuration as Explorer 32Bits,
because both of them are not working.
