No me reconoce al administrador

Try the following steps, it should resolve the issue.

The Administrator may be a member of many other groups, removed any groups
that were not the default installed groups and the install went through.

Resolution:
==Verify all domain controllers on the network is assigned as a Global
Catalog - GC. Remove and readd Domain Admins, Schema Admins, and Enterprise
Admins to the built-in Administrator account.

1. Open AD Sites and Services, verify each DC is a GC.
2. After the changes, please reboot all dc, or wait for the replication to
complete.

1. Create a new admin account called Admin2. Assign Administrators, Domain
Admins, Domain Users, Enterprise Admins, Group Policy Creator Owners, Mobile
Users, and Schema Admins to the account.
2. Logon to the SBS server as Admin2.
3. Use AD Users and Computers snap-in, remove Domain Admins, Schema Admins,
and Enterprise Admins group from the built-in Adminstrator account. Click
Apply.
4. Add Domain Admins, Schema Admins, and Enterprise Admins group back to the
built-in Adminstrator account. Click Apply.
5. Logoff from the SBS server.
6. If you have additonal DC on the network, logon to each DC and repeat
Step-3 and Step-4.
7. Logon to the SBS server as the built-in Administrator. Restart the SBS
integrated setup.

Si tienes mas de un DC entonces a lo mejor hay que hacer ciertos pasos
adicionales.
