No reminder alarms in Outlook 2003

A todos,

No sé por qué, pero tengos muchas alarmas creadas, citas, etc... todas en
las que existe una alarma, siempre por supuesto en el programa Outlook 2003.
Pero cuando abro el programa, en la barra de Windows, en el icono de
Outlook, me aparece un mensaje que me indica que se ha producido un error en
la operación y no me saltan las alarmas. Alguien sabe por qué? Qué puedo
hacer?
