Outlook Express Delete and Move don't work

I have the XP and in the Oulook Express, the Delete function is not working.
I can not delete any message or move them.

I do not know how to reinstall the OE or repair it.

I will appreciate some help

Debe de haberse corrompido el archivo Elementos eliminados.dbx. Búscalo y
bórralo.
