solucionar error al iniciar windows

No es de Windows ese componente, se debe a un resto de alguna otra
aplicacion que quedo mal desinstalada, por ejemplo, Nero.

Hola fundamat615: Pasa algunos programas antispyware, córrelos, previa
actualización y borrado de archivos temporales, cookies, historial de
Internet. (Herramientas> Opciones de Internet> General). Te dejo
