WIN2000, satellites and telnet problems

hi for some reason the windows 2000 Pro which is running software from a
vendor using a telnet connection keeps erroring that the telnet session is
"busy handeling other requests".

The vendor reports no other users have reported this error.

We use a satellite internet conneciton of which we are the only one of

customers that use this.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what I might try?

Have you got opened the 23 Socket???

it works at first and then the busy error occurs.

Please tell me how to check 23 Socket.

you can try this: Telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 23 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is

Server 2k IP. Ypu can try this in the user.
