booting linux with XP loader

I've installed Fedora Core 2 on my PC, and i'd like to get some help on booting this OS with the XP booting sistem, more specific, what entries do I need to put in the boot.ini file and what files do I need to do so. Thanks

Stop the screen that makes you choose a user to logon as?

When a friend of mine boots her laptop she gets a screen where she has to click her Icon (named OWNER) to continue booting to her XP Desktop. Is there a way to stop this so she automatically boots to her Desktop? Thanks
