How can I change points (.) instead of coma (.) ? need to compute

I've received a large list of items, and the prices are stated with comas(,) instead of periods (.) so I can't compute. Does anybody know fix this problem? This list comes from Germany ( they use commonly comas) but I think the list was also ...
