Windows Explorer has stop working

CUando se incia Windows Vista Ultimate sale el siguiente mensaje "Windows Explorer has stop working" y se reinicia el explorer.exe, esto sucede cada 5 segundos, como puedo solucionar esto?

Me sale esto al ensender compu.

Todas las veces que enciendo mi computadora me sale esto: pal.exe stopped working and was closed A problem caused the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available. Mi SO es Windows Vista business 32.
