configuración incorrecta

Try to use System Restore to a date before the problem.
Reboot your system and press the F8 key to start the system in "safe
mode". After that you can find System Restore in "Start", "Programs",
"Accessories", "System Tools".

By the way, this is a Spanish newsgroup...
