Consulta sobre remapeo dinamico.

Sres., estoy haciendo un paquete que lee una serie de tablas y por cada
tabla
pasa los datos de la misma a una gemela. El problema que se me presenta,
es
el remapeo de las columnas en los OLE DB Source y Destination.
Hay forma de hacer esto automaticamente en tiempo de ejecucion?
