Error con la direccion IP al cargar intranet

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
- Genere el DNS "prueba.uno" enlazado con el servicio
TCP/IP y al hacerle ping funciona ok.
- Configuro el IIS:Creo el web, click derecho, propiedades
y avanzadas; seleccionamos la IP, puerto y el valor del
encabezado (prueba.uno)
Pero cuando digito : http://prueba.uno me saca el
siguiente mensaje:
"The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented
in the URL. Check if the address is correct. "

Que estoy haciendo mal o que me falta por hacer para que
esto me funcione ok?

te falta crear la zona de busqueda directa en tu DNS
