ERROR - "Requested registry access is not allowed" In SharePoint 2007

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
In SharePoint 2007's Central Administration Page when I click on
Application Management -> Manage Form Template (InfoPath Form
Services) , the Error "Requested registry access is not allowed" is
coming .

So what to solve this Error.
