ie se me keda en blanco

Nada mas iniciar el ie se me keda la pagina en blanco ( por defecto tengo la
de google )y si intento abrir otra pagina algunas me lo permite y otras me
aparece el siguiente error :

e.. Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help
menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength
security you have installed.
f.. If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your
Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click
Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and
check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
g.. Visit Spy Trooper website to delete spyware and adware software.



Cannot find server or DNS Error

y en la direccion me aparece : http://www.dns404.net/.
Si alguien me puede ayudar se lo agradeceria.
