Hola Rodrigo,

Puedes seguir los siguientes pasos para comprobar la autenticacion de IIS :

Espero que eso te ayude.

Un saludo.

Verifying the IUSR Account Password

It is suggested that the IUSR password is left as default. The password
field appears blank but it is not. The password property is set in the
metabase and is randomly generated during setup.

1. Click Start, point to Programs, Administrative Tools, and then click
Active Directory Users and Computers.

2. In the console tree click to select Users, in the display pane to
the right, right click IUSR_<ComputerName>, (where ComputerName is the
name of the system being worked on) and then click Reset Password.

3. In the Reset Password properties page, verify that both the New
password text box and the Confirm text box are blank and then click OK.

Verifying the IUSR Account Properties
-

A large majority of the time IIS servers are configured as Stand-alone
servers. Sometimes they will only use the local IUSR account instead of the
Domain IUSR account. The IUSR account may have been accidentally moved to
another group, the permissions may have been changed, or perhaps it was
deleted. The following steps will verify the IUSR account is setup
correctly.

1. Click Start, point to Programs, Administrative Tools, and then click
Computer Management.

2. In the console tree click to select Local Users and Groups, in the
display pane to the right, right click IUSR_<ComputerName>, (where
ComputerName is the name of the system being worked on) and then click
Properties.

Group Membership Properties

1. Click the Member Of tab, and verify that the account is a member of the
Guests Group and Local Users Group in the Member of properties box. If these
two accounts do not exist add them by doing the following:

1. Click Add, click to select the missing group, and then click OK.

2. If the account is a member of a local group then remove that group by
doing the following:

1. Click to select the group to be removed, and then click Remove.

Profile Properties

1. Click the Profile tab, and verify the correct path and script
information are present for your configuration.

Verify Web Site Properties

There are several site settings that if changed could cause authentication
problems.

1. Click Start, point to Programs, Administrative Tools, and then click
Internet Information Services.

2. In the console tree right click the web site in question, and then
click Properties.

Directory Security Properties

1. Click on the Directory Security tab, and click Edit in the Anonymous
access and authentication control area.

2. If you are using Anonymous access, verify that the Anonymous access
is selected. Verify that the selections in the Authenticated access
area are correct for your configuration, and then click OK.

3. Click Edit in the IP address and domain name restrictions area and
verify that Granted Access is selected. If you have a denied access
list verify that denied access groups are present.
