No me llegan los correos...

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Estimados compañeros:

Espero alguien tenga una respuesta a mi problema.
Tengo un DELL P3, 256RAM, 40GB, Win2000, Office2000

No me llegan los correos... me da el siguiente mensaje:
"Outlook cannot correctly save the view, Any changes you
made to the view may be lost. Error have been detected in
the file C:\Documents and Settings\22662\Local
Settings\Aplication Data\Microsoft\Outlook\mailbox.pst.
Quit all mail-enabled applications, and then use the inbox
repair tool"...

Intente reparar la base en:
=Tools\Services\...Personal folders...\Compact Now.
pero me da el siuiente mensaje:
"One or more changes you made could not be saved. The
action could not be completed"

Que puedo hacer...

Roberto Carlos,

Independiente de que la causa esté en el servidor Exchange, para lo cual
te aconsejo que postees tu pregunta en el foro especializado de Exchange

Sugiero que ejecutes scanpst.exe con tu PST, y que crees un nuevo perfil
de Outlook... a ver si ocurre.

Lo siento no tengo muchas pistas sobre esto, espero que alguien te dé
más ideas.
