no puedo realizar el update de windous

Hola, cuando intento realizar el update de windous me
busca las actualizaciones y cuando las selecciono y las
doy a instalar me sale un error que no me deja el codigo
del error que aparece es el 0x800A138F, pero en el log de
windows update aparece:
