Quien puede ayudarme: IE 7 no se deja instalar...!!!

Es un problema de permisos para escribir en el registro: no existen permisos suficientes para poder instalar correctamente IE7.

Para resolver este problema, debes seguir los pasos descritos en este artículo, especialmente el método 2:
