correo no seguro/no deseado

Hola me estan enviando correo no deseado haciendose pasar po Microsoft con
un archivo adjunto que ya investigue es un gusano. Son incontables los mails
que llegan. Yo bloqueo los remitentes pero les aseguro me he cansado. ¿hay
alguna forma de detectar el adjunto y bloquearlo o algo parecido? Ya que los
remitentes son todos diferentes.
