Internet Explorer 7 no se puede instalar

Trato de instalar el explorer 7 y me envia este mensaje:
Internet Explorer 7 no se puede instalar.
Me pone un icono en el escritorio de solucion de problemas, ya hice todas
las soluciones posibles que vienen ahi y me sigue marcando lo mismo.
Que otra cosa puede hacer?

Si no te responde Enrique puede ser porque se quedo muy atrás el hilo

Se trata de un problema de permisos para poder escribir en el registro. Sigue estos pasos para solucionarlo:

1. Con privilegios administrativos, inicia el editor del registro (regedit) y lo caliza la siguiente clave:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{34A715A0-6587-11D0-924A-0020AFC7AC4D}

2. Selecciona la clave y pulsa en Edición > Permisos.

3. En el cuadro "Nombres de grupos o usuarios", comprueba que exista el grupo "Administradores (Equipo\Administradores)". Si no existe, deberás agregarlo.

4. Una vez agregado, selecciónalo y, en el cuadro "Permisos de Administradores", marca la casilla Control total. Aplica los cambios.

5. Cierra el editor del registro, reinicia el sistema y prueba de nuevo la instalación e IE7.

tecleo en ejecutat regedit y solo sale HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT y otras carpetas
abajo de esto.
no se que hacer o como hacerlo

Se trata de un problema de permisos para poder escribir en el registro. Sigue estos pasos para solucionarlo:

1. Con privilegios administrativos, inicia el editor del registro (regedit) y lo caliza la siguiente clave:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{34A715A0-6587-11D0-924A-0020AFC7AC4D}

2. Selecciona la clave y pulsa en Edición > Permisos.

3. En el cuadro "Nombres de grupos o usuarios", comprueba que exista el grupo "Administradores (Equipo\Administradores)". Si no existe, deberás agregarlo.

4. Una vez agregado, selecciónalo y, en el cuadro "Permisos de Administradores", marca la casilla Control total. Aplica los cambios.

5. Cierra el editor del registro, reinicia el sistema y prueba de nuevo la instalación e IE7.
