Me dice que tengo que autenticarme?

Dentro de las propiedades de internet explorer, pestaña conexiones,
conexiones LAN en la parte de configuración de proxy, avanzadas ingresa
estas excepciones *.msn.com;*.hotmail.com

Esto es para que el proxy no te pida autenticación para estos sitios
