warning event id 2003

En el Event Viewer del servidor w2000 server con sql
server 2000, tengo el mensaje de warning siguiente:
"The configuracion information of the performance
library "c:\winnt\system32\w3ctrs.dll" for the "w3svc"
service does not match the trusted performance library
information stored in the registry. The functions in this
library will no be treated as trusted.

Event ID: 1010
The Collect procedure for the "Tcpip" service in
DLL "c:\winnt\system32\perfctrs.dll" gerenated an
exception or terurned an invalid status. Performance data
returned by counter DLL will be no be returned in Perf
Data Block. Exception or status code returned is data
Dword o.
