Bloqueo de Servicio

Hola,

Si conoces el nombre del proceso puedes intentar matarlo desde el task
manager.
Si tienes accesso al tool de resource kit "Kill.exe" puedes hacer
"kill.exe -F <pid #>".

puedo corregir esto sin reinciar el servidor,
