carpeta netlogon desaparecida

Saludos amigos, resulta que desde que usaba el windows nt4 habia una carpeta
que se llamaba netlogon y en donde iniciaban sesion los usuarios
Ahora que etoy en otra empresa he usado esa carpeta para MIS SCRIPTS Y que
todos la puedan
accesar y coloco ahi unas imagenes necesarias, y cosas para
mi administración, ahora bien, acabo de reinstalar mi servidor, despues de
haber transferido unos roles fsmo a otro y luego regresarlos por lo que es
el controlador de dominio nuevamente, sin embargo, no veo esa carpeta por
ningun lado, y se supone que la crea automatiamente el sistema orerativo,
alguno de ustedes sabe donde está o si me falta algo por instalar?..
