Excel y .Bat

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hola a todos,
Estoy intentando ejecutar desde excel un bat al que le paso un parametro, el
comando que uso es:
Shell "\\srvdatgir02\OFICINA TECNICA INSTALACIONES\crear estructura3.bat" &
año, vbNormalFocus;
y no funciona, si le quito el parametro entonces funciona:
Shell "\\srvdatgir02\OFICINA TECNICA INSTALACIONES\crear estructura3.bat",
vbNormalFocus

Os suena que falta o que hago mal?.

prueba de la siguiente forma:

Shell Environ("comspec") & " /c " & Chr(34) & "\\srvdatgir02\oficina tecnica instalaciones\crear estructura3.bat" & Chr(34) & " " & Año, vbNormalFocus
