Necesito que esta función sea en español ya que las
cantidades no se leen igual en ingles que en español

Sí. Imagino que si tus aplicaciones son en español, una función en inglés no
te servirá.

Lo único que tienes que hacer es traducirla. La lógica está bien simple.

¿O estás pidiendo que alguien lo haga por tí?
