Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
tengo un server 2003, pero al mandar correo atraves del smtp del iis se
quedan en la carpeta de queue, trate hacer un telnet e igual pasa lo manda a
la carpeta de queue, cree dominios de smtp para permitir la salida, agrege
que hiciera relay a la ip y aun asi no salen.

que puedo estar deteniendo la salida del smtp, en el event log encuentro los
event id 4005 y 4006

una cosa intenta realizar un telnet desde el servidor smtp a alguno dominio
al puerto 25 , te hable la conexion ???
tienes algún tipo de firewall (o antivirus el cual pueda bloquear la salida
, tipo mcafee 8.0 , pandas)
