Mensajes de error al ejecutar winproxy

Acabo de instalar winproxy 5.1 y sale el siguiente mensaje :
Winproxy is unable to bind the HTTP proxy to listen on IP address
192.168.1.2:80

There may be another service running on this computer which is already
accepting

connections on that port.Try selecting a different port number in the
Properties dialog

or terminating the other service.



Analogamente ,este mismo mensaje sale para FTP y el resto de servicios.



¿que puede estar sucediendo?

¿debo entender que debo cambiar el puerto 80 (por ejemplo) por el puerto
81 para el servicio HTTP ?

Sus comentarios me seran de mucha ayuda porque en todo esto soy muy nuevo.
