Problemas con SERVER DHCP!!

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Desde hace dias atras estoy viendo el siguiente mensaje en el VISOR de
EVENTOS.. Repitiendose casi cada 6 minutos...

The semaphore timeout period has expired. . Your computer will continue to

ALGUIEN ME PODRIA ORIENTAR SOBRE QUE ESTA PASANDO, Ya que veo como problemas
de asignacion de IP y ya 1 cliente WIFI, Esta poniendo quejas al respecto..
