Hoy recibí por email un mensaje con logo de Microsoft,
trae adjunto q556224.exe (106KB), me parece raro así que
les hago la consulta, a continuación el texto del mensaje:

this is the latest version of security update, the "July
2004, Cumulative Patch" update which fixes all known
security vulnerabilities affecting MS Internet Explorer,
MS Outlook and MS Outlook Express. Install now to help
protect your computer from these vulnerabilities, the most
serious of which could allow an attacker to run executable
on your system. This update includes the functionality of
all previously released patches.


System requirements Windows 95/98/Me/2000/NT/XP
This update applies to MS Internet Explorer, version
4.01 and later
MS Outlook, version 8.00 and later
MS Outlook Express, version 4.01 and later
Recommendation Customers should install the patch at the
earliest opportunity.
How to install Run attached file. Choose Yes on displayed
dialog box.
How to use You don't need to do anything after installing
this item.

Microsoft NO envía mensajes con ficheros attacheados. NUNCA manda dichos
ficheros. Pero sí manda enlaces.

tu se lo has pedido?, estoy seguro de que no, eliminalo es un virus, MS no
envia correo no solicitado
si miras las propiedades del mensaje, vers que no es el dominio de MS ni su
IP tampoco
si yo te envio un mail con el escudo de la casa real, crerás que el Rey te
esta maileando?
