Actualizar el Intenet Explorer!!!

a mi ma aparece el mismo error y cuando trato de aplicar esta solucion veo
que en el tema de permisos, en la primera pantalla me aparece: Usuarios:
Todos y estos tiene permiso de control total. Que puede ser entonces por lo
que no me permite instalar el IE7

Recien termino de actualizar mi XP con el SP3, y el Office 2007 con el SP1...
solo me resta instalar el IE7, y no lo logro...
Adjunto al pie el %windir%/ie7.log, esperando que alguien me sugiera algo.
