Ayuda urgente PIN

No tengo experiencia en ese tema, pero ya que estás desesperado,
eso me huele a expiración, y Google dice:

Note: The error code means that the revocation status of the domain
controller certificate that is used for smart card authentication cannot be
determined.
This issue occurs when the cached certificate revocation list (CRL) of the
domain controller certificate on the client has expired.

Hola Gracias por ayuda encontre cual fue el problema

El problema fue que la CA se daño por completo y atraves del Etoken ya no
encontraba quien lo dalidaraa los usuarios me dedique a restaurarla CA y se
soluciono el problema te agradesco tu tiempo gracias!!!
