Backing up my files.

In my Complete Idiots Guide to XP; it states to create a
back up I should select Start, All
Programmes,Accessories, System Tools,Backup. All fine but
I have no Backup Wizard when I follow these
instructions. I feel I should back up my files, but
cannot. Can anyone help this beginner?
My system is XP Home and the machine is a Dell.
