BULK INSERT

Esoty tratando de realizar un BULK INSERT en SQL 7.0, pero me manda un error,
ya le di muchas vueltas y no encuentro la solución, ojala que alguien me
pueda ayudar...

Ejecuto lo sig:

BULK INSERT tmp_Budget FROM '\\PC-01\Presup\Presup.csv' WITH
(FIELDTERMINATOR = ',')

y me da como resultado:

Server: Msg 4861, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Could not bulk insert because file '\\PC-01\Presup\Presup.csv' could not be
opened. Operating system error code 53(No se ha encontrado la ruta de acceso
de la red.).
