Calendarizacion de reuniones

tengo instalado en mi servidor de exchange el symantec web
security para proteger mi sistemas de e-mail con
infeciones de virus.

El caso es el siguiente cuando calendarizo una reunion con
usuarios internos todo funciona correctamente, pero los
usuarios que se conectan a mi exchange por via de una
cuenta pop3 cuado intenta hacer lo mismo pasa lo siguiente.
el contenido de la reunion es remplazado por esto.
