Certificado FNMT

tengo un problema con mi certificado digital: no me puedo bajar en la
SEGURIDAD SOCIAL mi vida laboral. Viene el siguiente Mensaje:
The current host screen of Subapplication ‘ATTM8800’ was defined not to
display
A Window at runtime and should have been skipped. It was not skipped due to a
Problem in the ‘USERSKIPSUBAPPLICATION’ method. Please contact your
Application provider.
To continue working with the runtime use the host to reach a different
screen and then select’REFRESH WINDOW’ from the ‘EDIT MENU’.
Alguien me puede ayudar ?

Hola, acabo de tener un problema con mi dirección de correos (segura mediante certificado) y les escribí directamente y a las 48 horas estaba resuelto. No te puedo dar "mi solución" porque no te serviría pero no dudes en comunicarte con ellos. Son eficientes.
