a qué se puede deber que en IE 6sp1 el segundo caso no abra la
ventanita?
en Opera 7.54 funciona bien...

El error está en la única diferencia que hay entre los dos códigos: el
nombre de la ventana.
No utilices espacios en blanco. Dónde dice: 'FREE Shipping',

por: 'FREEShipping' y problema resuelto.
