Error 0x800CCC61

Saludos.

presionando ENVIAR/RECIBIR varias veces:

general me provoca ponerme a llorar.

OR
ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/softpaq/sp...P23358.exe

[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:07 AM] -- Ramesh Par

[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:07 AM] -- Jose Diaz
i am reading at the link below:
Corrects a timing issue in the memory subsystem which in
some systems could exhibit distorted video, lockups,
reboots, or potential data loss. This change improves the
memory timing margins for PC2100/DDR266 and PC2700/DDR333
configurations and corrects the symptoms listed above.
These symptoms have been observed on systems configured
with 512MB PC2700 memory. Other memory configurations
could be affected; however, this issue does not affect
systems with PC3200/DDR400 memory configurations.
why do you think it could solve the problem?
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:12 AM] -- Ramesh Par
Updating the BIOS with the latest BIOS update will resolve
most of the issues. However, we cannot guarantee that this
will work.
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:15 AM] -- Jose Diaz
i understand. I am reading the instructions and i think i
can perform the bios update from my home linking with the
PC using Remote Desktop on XP. What do you think?

[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:19 AM] -- Ramesh Par
HP/Compaq does not recommend updating the BIOS remotely.
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:20 AM] -- Jose Diaz
Ok. So i am going to update the bios tomorrow. If the
problem persists what is the next step?
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:31 AM] -- Ramesh Par
Please provide the model or the serial number of the
system, on which there are, no issues.
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:37 AM] -- Jose Diaz
you mean the pcs where there are not issues sending email?
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:43 AM] -- Ramesh Par
As you stated in your earlier response that I got the
error when I try to SEND emails. I configured the same
account in other pcs and the work fine. This error just
occurs with D530S
I need to know that what is the hardware difference
between the system on with you are able to SEND e-mails
and the E530S.
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:45 AM] -- Jose Diaz
i understand. The PCs where the accounts works fine are
Intel Pentium 3 800 Mhz, 128 MB. Compaq Evo i think. The
operating system is Windows 2000 Professional and Office
2000 full updated all of them and without any bios update.
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:51 AM] -- Ramesh Par
I suggest that you make a backup of all the data of any
one system and install the Windows 2000 operating system
and check for the existence of the issue.
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:53 AM] -- Jose Diaz
Is going Compaq/HP to provide me a CD with Windows 2000
Professional in spanish for this?. If i install Windows
2000 Professional the system will be completly configured
with all devices, drivers, etc.?

BUG Naciente...ojalá me equivoque.

manifiesten.

Me a

Motherboard PC Chip M810LMR 266MHZ SND+VGA+LAN+MOD Y
PROCESADOR AMD XP-1800

NO HE TENIDO SOLUCION Y NO SE QUE HACER.

Saludos.

given below and update the ROM:

[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:04 AM] -- Jose Diaz
how old this computers model are?
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:07 AM] -- Ramesh Par
5 month.
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:07 AM] -- Jose Diaz
i am reading at the link below:
Corrects a timing issue in the memory subsystem which in
some systems could exhibit distorted video, lockups,
reboots, or potential data loss. This change improves

the
memory timing margins for PC2100/DDR266 and

PC2700/DDR333
configurations and corrects the symptoms listed above.
Updating the BIOS with the latest BIOS update will

resolve
most of the issues. However, we cannot guarantee that

this
will work.
[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:15 AM] -- Jose Diaz
i understand. I am reading the instructions and i think

i
can perform the bios update from my home linking with

the
PC using Remote Desktop on XP.

[Sat, Sep 27, 2003 4:37 AM] -- Jose Diaz
you mean the pcs where there are not issues sending

email?
2000 full updated all of them and without any bios

update.
2000 Professional the system will be completly

configured
with all devices, drivers, etc.?
