Hola, Alfons, me encantaría ayudarte a solucionar tu problema.

En primer lugar, deja por aquí las últimas 20-30 líneas del fichero
WindowsUpdate.log de tu directorio C:\Windows.

Accede al directorio C:\Windows\Logs\CBS, abre el fichero CBS.log y deja por
aquí las líneas referentes al momento en el que se produjo el fallo de
instalación de la actualización. Para facilitar la resolución del problema,
sé generoso en el número de líneas que dejes como información.
