Error al agregar controles...

Hola grupo, como novato estoy haciendo algunas pruebas creando una pequeña
aplicación con las web matrix, todo bien hasta que intento incorporar
objetos desde la tool web control, el error que me arroja es el siguiente
(alguien me podría dar alguna indicación con respecto a esto)
