Html: Herramienta para crear MAPs de imágenes

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
¿Alguien sabe con que herramienta se pueden crear los tag's html para
colocar varios links en una sola imagen?

Es decir, lo que quiero es generar algo como:

<MAP NAME=mymap>
<AREA href="http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/" ALT="HTML and CSS Reference"
COORDS="5,5,95,195">
<AREA href="http://www.htmlhelp.com/design/" ALT="Design Guide"
COORDS="105,5,195,195">
<AREA href="http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/" ALT="Tools"
COORDS="205,5,295,195">
</MAP>
<IMG SRC="sitemap.gif" ALT="Site map" USEMAP="#mymap" WIDTH00 HEIGHT 0>

Pero que las coordenadas las pueda obtener con un programa y no tener que ir
a mano.

hola puedes probar usando sentencias de html y mesclarlo
con asp , y guardar las coordenadas en una base de datos
y llamarlo en asp.
