HTML source encrypting!

Hi all...
I have been visiting some sites to see how the sites are built, to get an
idea about how to build my own website... i have visited some sites where
the source code was totally encrypted and unreadable! I dont know how they
do this, maybe through Javascript... I am interested in doing the same

in my website, ie to hide the source code or encrypt it. can anyone tell

how to do that ??
