no with asp/javascript/vbscript code, printer options are part of the client
browser options (and it can vary from internet explorer, netscape, opera,
etc)

i think there was a control (ocx maybe) to control printer, try searching
google, or u can program it from vb or visual c++, but this control must be
download and instaled in each client's machines , i think this is not a
valid solution, cause most of your visitors maybe not agree with install
"unknown" soft only to print a webpage, the "only good solution" if
header/foot must not be printed is advise in your web with instructions to
configure diferent browsers

if it's only an "stetic" question... forget it =) no easy way to do

BTW: this is an spanish newsgroup (microsoft.public.es.* ) there are some
english asp groups ;)
