PROBLEMA HACIENDO BACKUP

Lee el artículo, te dice que lo pidas a MS; simplemente debes llamar al
número de atención de Ms de tu país e indicar que quieres pedir el fix que
sea; sólo te pedirán una dirección de correo para enviártelo a ella
