PROBLEMA HACIENDO BACKUP

tengo un server con windows 2003 server r2.
Cuando intento hacer backup con NTBACKUP me genera el siguiente error con el
backup shadow copy..

Estos son los errores que se generan el EVENT VIEWER cunado corro la
aplicación NTBACKUP y este comienza a cargar el volumen shadow copy
GRACIAS POR LA AYUDA PRESTADA...

esto lo envio microsoft y no funciono. no eran compatibles con el sistema
operativo, pero eso he recurrido a ustedes>

Enese caso, has probado a reiniciar el server o al menos a parar/arrancar el
VSS???

Mira a parte este arículo a partir de los fixes de Storage Services que
tengan que ver con VSS por si hay algo de ayuda también:

Esos hotfixes sólo se pueden aplicar a Windows Server 2003 en inglés *sin
SP1*. Están incluidos en el Service Pack 1 de Windows Server 2003. Además,
hubiera sido suficiente con el segundo, el 887827, ya que reemplaza al
833167.

El error indica más bien que algo no está registrado. Ejecuta la siguiente
línea e intenta realizar de nuevo una copia de seguridad:
regsvr32 /i eventcls.dll
