problemas con GPOs

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Saludos a todo el foro:
Tengo un problema que se presenta constantemente y no se
como resolverlo. de forma muy continua no puedo accder
a las politicas de seguridad del dominio ni las del
controlador de dominio desde ninguno de mis controladores
de dominio. Les contare que tengo una red con 300 usuarios
y 2 controladores de dominio trabajando en un solo
dominio. Normalmente lo soluucionaba muy artesanalmente
igualando los archivos del sysvol de ambos pero ya no me
resulta. alguien podria ayudarme por favor?????

Lo acabo de hacer y en el dcdiag me sale un error failed
test systemlog
Has lanzado ya un dcdiag y un netdiag para ver si está
todo lo básico correctamente funcionando???

Revisa los link que te puso el socio Karin Galli [MS], pueden ir por ahí los tiros, ya que los test básicos los pasa adecuadamente
