Problemas Outlook 2003 y Windows Vista

Hola no se si aquí me pueden ayudar

Tengo instalado windows vista y outlook 2003, he tenido problemas a l
hora de recibir archivos adjuntos, ya que me salen con el siguient
formato

Nelson, lo que te esta bloqueando es el SpamAssassin 3.1.9, no creo que tenga nada que ver que sea vista.
